Individual Action Plans

As each topic is covered, it must be linked to the relevant component of the 360-degree feedback that each manger has received. The manager then uses the specific points when developing his or her individual action plan. In one of the last activities of the session, the managers share their action plans in triads and then with the whole group for a critique and implementation advice.

The final activity of the Feedback-Based Management Planning Session is usually an open forum with the CEO or a member of the executive team. This is designed to be a frank and open exchange of views and information, based on the information and feedback that the managers have received during the session. It is essential that the CEO or the member of the executive team who participates has been through a Feedback-Based Planning Session and has received his or her feedback and developed an individual action plan as well.
